The error happened using the "Send an SMS about the upcoming meeting 5 min before it starts" playbook. I set up my phone number but Twilio seemed to complain.
Not sure if there is an issue with how I configured the SMS Notification service
I think I figured out the issue. For some reason, the phone number I initially entered was not saved, and instead a "ask every time" option was entered.
